Workshop with Derek
On Sunday 26th NOv 2023 Derek came to us to teach us 42 sword set and some Sun Style. Attendance of several Wutan Surrey Students as well as Wutan Teachers.
Qigong - a day retreat in August at the Herons Centre
A day retreat exploring Qigong through the classic “Eight Pieces of Brocade” and “Five Animals”.
These gentle moving meditations help us to engage with ourselves on a deeper level helping prevent injuries, boost the bodies systems and train the mind.
Start at 9:30 and concludes at 16:30. Places are limited.
Cost is £50 per retreat. £90 for this retreat and the prior event in July.

The Herons Centre is set in the beautiful grounds of a working bonsai nursery. There is ample parking, toilet facilities and the centre overlooks a Japanese inspired landscape. The Zendo itself is heated, of generous proportions and has a Kitchenette, Includes kettle, cutlery, tableware, cups and glasses, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, for your convenience.
